No new posts Merrill Lynch Stock Fraud
Merrill Lynch is one of several Wall Street institutions that, while admitting little, are believed to be guilty of conflicting interests. Specifically, Merrill Lynch analysts and brokers advised investors to purchase and keep stocks that then fell dramatically. These analysts are accused of issuing this advice in an effort to secure investment banking deals with the beneficiaries. The relationship that garnered the most attention involved analyst Henry Blodget and energy provider Enron. So far, little punishment has been meted out to either Merrill Lynch or Blodget for these suspected illegal dealings.

Advise reactions have been very common in vertually all series of patients treated with Cordarone for ventricular arrhythmias with relatively large doses of drug (400 mg/day and above), occurring in about three-fourth of all patients and cause discontinuation in 7 to 18%. The most serious reactions are pulmonary toxicity , exacerbation of arrhythmia, and rare serious liver injury, but other adverse effect constitute important problems. they are often reversible with dose reduction or cessation of Cordarone treatment . Most of the adverse effect apear to become more frequent with continued treatment beyond six month , although rates to appear to remain relatively constant beyond one year. The time and dose relationship of adverse effects are under continued study.
